Returns
  • All in-stock, non-estate, jewelry items that are returned will have a 10% restocking fee subtracted from the return amount.
  • In-stock jewelry (that has not been sized, modified, or customized) may be returned or exchanged within 7-days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • Must include all original packaging, tags, certificates, and documentation (if applicable)
  • Must not have been resized, engraved, modified, or altered
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required
  • Items that do not meet the above criteria will not be accepted for return.
