How much does it cost to fix a watch?

Most watch repairs start around $XXX, though pricing depends on the brand, movement, and type of repair. We provide a free in-person estimate before any work begins, so you'll know the exact cost upfront. 

Can a luxury watch be repaired if it's very old or vintage?

Yes. A watchmaker who knows older calibers can usually service, clean, and restore a vintage movement to accurate timekeeping, and our team has experience handling vintage pieces with care. 

Will repairing my watch affect its value?

Service done by a skilled watchmaker with the correct parts protects your watch's value. Poor workmanship, mismatched parts, or non-original modifications typically lower value, so who services your watch matters. 

How long does a watch repair take? 

A battery or band adjustment is usually XXX, and for bigger jobs like a full movement overhaul, we'll give you a realistic timeline at your free estimate before any work begins. 

Do you replace watch batteries?

Yes, we replace batteries right here in the shop, including for luxury Swiss brands.

Can you make my watch water-resistant again, or test if it still is?

Yes, we can pressure test your watch to check its water resistance and replace worn gaskets and seals to restore it. We recommend a test anytime the case has been opened, including after a battery change.

If it’s out of warranty, vintage, or has been serviced independently before, our team of watch technicians is a great option, especially for older calibers that manufacturers no longer service in-house.
